Awwww… what a heartwarming tribute! Jacob is an absolute cutie pie. Combine the sweet video footage/photos with that fabulous song (HOW have I not heard that before?) and I was in tears. Robin, I am so glad you continue to blog. Your creativity never fails to inspire. Thank you for sharing!
