Aren’t they cute together?  LOVE the outfits here too!  Such fun color combos! Ethan’s so stinkin’ cute! and his sis is no slouch in the cuteness department either!  When we were taking these, some ladies walked by and were “oohing” and “aaahing” over her!  :-) {btw….her adorable outfit is from Matilda Jane – the headband is from etsy} I know this one is a little blurry, but I love it!  :-) awwww! Thanks for coming guys!  Your family is way cute!

And thanks again to the other families that came out too!  I really enjoyed these beach sessions!  It’s probably because of the “kick of your shoes and have FUN” sort of feel to them!  I’ll definitely be doing beach minis next summer again!  :-)

]]> http://www.photosbyrobin.com/blog/hank-minneapolis-newborn-photographer/feed/ 2 Charlotte Day 6 – 4/5/10 | Minneapolis Family Photographer http://www.photosbyrobin.com/blog/charlotte-day-6-4510-minneapolis-family-photographer/ http://www.photosbyrobin.com/blog/charlotte-day-6-4510-minneapolis-family-photographer/#comments Tue, 04 May 2010 22:57:31 +0000 Robin http://www.photosbyrobin.com/blog/?p=1505 Whew – only took me a month, but here’s the rest of the photos from Charlotte that I edited.  The photo on the left was taken Feb 2006 when Ava was 2-1/2 and Addy was 2 months old.  Now of course Ava is 6-1/2 and Addy is 4!  Wow – amazing how time flies! A couple quick family shots before we headed out the door for the day… Lucifer on the left – such a nice cat!  Bacardi is so sweet too!  Scott & Eli on the right.  They are a couple sweet boys too!  :-)   We went to a park tried to shoot in the flowering crab trees, but honestly the dappling light was driving me bonkers!  Out of all the shooting conditions, dappling light has to be the worst!  But get past that and they sure look cute, huh?    :-) {here is the link again for where you can buy their dresses – HERE} Then we got home (after some yummy BBQ sandwiches!) and took some quick mommy & babies shots when the boys took the kiddos to the park to play. 

Eli is so funny!  Angie says he always looks like someone is out to get him – he purses his lips and has big saucer eyes that dart back and forth!  haha!  I’m glad I caught that expression!  ;-) Here he’s showing off his muscles! Sweet Amelia & mommy!  In the middle pic, Eli is trying to suck on Amelia’s arm.  Every time they came close together – especially skin-on-skin - they were trying to suck on each other – hehe!  Angie definitely has her hands full (in a good way!) Here’s an announcement (inside) we decided not to use, but I thought I’d share it here.  Most elements are from this site (“All My Love” kit) and the pink paper is from Heather Ann – this kit. A parting shot before we left for the airport.  Of course Claire was crying her eyes out most of the day since she didn’t want to leave.   :-( We had a great time visiting our family in Charlotte!!  (and I’m still trying to talk Scott into moving there!)  Love you guys and miss you!  :-)

Dan hanging out with the babes!  He’ll be the first one to tell you that “REAL men make TWINS!”   ;-) Beautiful Lacy! Addy & Claire in the playroom.  Love the pic on the right – Addy making her grand entrance down the stairs in the morning – what a character!  :-) Lisa and Kyle!  They are getting married at a vineyard in VA on 9/25/10!  They are so perfect for each other!   Getting photos with the babies! OK Eric is just nuts!  He took one of the girls’ dolls and wrapped it up in Eli’s blue wrap – he came walking in the room and said “Does anyone want to hold Eli?” and then proceeds to drop him out of the wrap – knocking the baby’s head on the glass end table in the process!  Scott knew he was planning this but no one else did – he still gasped and jumped off the couch trying to catch him like ”Oh my GOSH!”   No one else was really paying much attention to him, but if we were, I think we would have had a heart attack!

So I had Eric and Jenny pose with the baby – haha!  Jenny says at home, Eric comes jumping out at her at LEAST once a week and scares the crap out of her!  ;-)   He’s quite the prankster! Once everyone left for home, we took a lot of pics of the babies in the nursery… {I thought this one was funny!  Eli’s expressions are priceless!} ONE more day and I’m DONE with the Charlotte photos!  Yeah!  It’s a labor of love though since they are bringing back a lot of good memories!  We miss you guys!
